Now that, you’re well you have to ensure that you stay well. This is achieved by making sure you don’t over-expose yourself to any given substance. Rotating your foods is a good way of ensuring this. Singularly, the most important factor in the controlling of allergies is the three day rotation diet. Simply stated, it means you only eat any given food once in three days. This means all foods. Break away from your former monotonous eating patterns. Eat different foods every day. This way you will not wear down your enzyme chains. You will prevent your former food allergies from returning and prevent the accumulation of new ones. If this rotation diet requires that you put more time and effort into organising your eating patterns and lifestyle in general, so be it. To survive we simply must live in accordance with nature’s laws.
Nature gave us four seasons and lots of different types of nutritious foods so that we don’t overload on any one food. Nature’s pantry is rich and varies with the seasons. Variety is not only the spice of life it’s the stuff of life as well. Remember it was over-exposure to a given food that caused the problem in the first place and food allergies can recur if we fall back into old habits.
